the scene is about a gig and thats without textures and proxies. i will try to strip down the scene and try a render with minimum items

i was merrily going about my renders with lightcache in exteriors with MS 1.3.2.3. That was the last one i had downloaded and installed. Was always too busy to get a newer one. Something happened with my lic file so had to get a new one and it was recommended i upgrade. I got MultiScatter For 3dsmax...

is there any other kind of license system? seems i might have to reformat yet again which means my license will be void again.

im in need of getting my license updated when i installed this latest version. i sent an email but never got a reply. was wondering if i sent to the right one. all i did was hit reply to the last email address that sent me a license

ive got to reformat my computer. if i save my key file can it be used after the reformat or so i need to get another key file?

are there any revised documentations? the manual is for the older version
