Where to can I send ID files?

Having an Issue with recently purchased Multiscatter
The Version is: Multiscatter 1.0.11

The scattered geometry's scaling and rotation is warped at rendertime since installation.
Shows up fine in viewport preview, but at render time chaos ensues.
