I purchased VrayScatter almost 3 weeks ago and have send my ID file 6 times without an answer. I'm wondering if there is a problem with emails being delivered. I've sent the file to register@icube.ru, mobilep800@mail.ru, and support@icube.ru. Could some please contact me either through email, or this forum to let me know if you haven't received any of my emails, or if there is problem?

I finally receive the email. Thanks. There must be something blocking emails. I received the email from the mail.ru domain, but nothing from icube.com. I'm checking with my email host.
I'm sorry if I've been critical of icube's response....just frustrated. Iknew things would be figured out eventually.
