Hello there,
My question is quite simple, is it possible now, or is it panned to be able to get a mapping channel from the base surface? For example to have every generated polygon get a new, - additional to it's existing - mapping info based on the underlying surface's corresponding map channel data? This would greatly simplify randomizing the appearance of the generated geometry.

is "Use surface mapping" not does the job?
