im in need of getting my license updated when i installed this latest version. i sent an email but never got a reply. was wondering if i sent to the right one. all i did was hit reply to the last email address that sent me a license

I also have contacted iCUBE for a new key with no response.
I'd hate to downgrade to do this job. What to do??

okay, got a response and new key, but it did not solve the problem...

okay, they keep sending new keys and none solve the problem. nothing changed with drives or OS.
Now, even the older versions won't even work. The only thing that works is the demo now and I'm getting nowhere
Any option to this terrible licensing system would be great.

Can you tell us about your hard drives?
Do you use raid massive?

no raid massive, just the same eSATA drive I've always used on the same machine, etc.
only change was installing 257a
