Problem vray 1.5 sp3

I have some problem with vray 1.5 sp3, every time I try to render (any simply object) I get this message:

We sent
a lot of detailed email with files for this problem, we post on forum.... but NOTHING from VrayScatter staff

We try to solve your problem.
But your file working on our computers without errors.
And you don't sent your vrayproxy file.

Today is Thu May 07, 2009.....
Our first request (via mail) is from April 29...
Anyway... the problem is't the proxy because we have always this problem whith every kind of scene or model....
we wait........

We have got the same erorr when try to use wrong version of vrayscatter.
If use Vrayscatter for Vray SP3 with Vray SP2 this error happens.
Probably you a using not final version of VraySP3 (some beta?) because 1.60.16 on your screenshot is different fron final SP3
Please check your versions carefully.

Sorry, but there are holidays in Russia from 1 to 10 of May.
