Is it possible ? For future reference ?

We bought a turbosquid crowd that was populated with MS and shaded in vray in max but we're a maya studio so I had to transfer multiscatters.

I ended up doing a dirty workaround and imported simplified proxies,exported these simplified planes to abc and used standard vray proxies in maya, but it would have been nice to have a way of transferring my MSs.

unfortunately they are not compatible

the only way is to export it with vrayrt into vrscene
and then import into maya with VRayScene node

but you wont be able to edit anything though and it may not work well with large amount of instances
