Registration Problem

I purchased VrayScatter and have send my ID file without an answer.
I'm wondering if there is a problem with emails being delivered.
I've sent the file to vrayscatter@icube.ru, support@icube3d.com.
Could some please contact me either through email, or this forum to let me know if you haven't received any of my emails, or if there is problem?
Sorry for so hurry,because our project need your plug in so eager.
