How do i get my license of multiscatter. We were promised a free upgrade when we bought vrayscatter a few months ago..

So nobody knows or is it the weekend and everyone is away 
I sent the ID file via email so i guess its just a matter of when they feel like reading there email !! oh well i guess ill just install vrayscatter until i get the new license file..
