Very nice features, but why not include in the Multiscatter object? Techical problem or commercial decision?

And we have the same control (not the same, but precise placement yes) with Vertex color map with the old Multiscatter (or VRayScatter) tool.

And, in the video, the "paint operation" it's a bit "laggy". Or it's just my impression?
What happen with 100+ paint object in a complex surface? In the video we see just one or two teapot.

Anyway, great development ;) Thank!

yes, I'd like to try this. anytime soon?
I would also like to add that a feature that was terribly lacking for me on a project recently was the ability to edit multiscatter object. ie to be able to remove one or 2 trees that were in the way for a specific view. i was quite stuck as I had no way other than deleting the tree from mutliscatter list or generate a new random seed. I didn't want to to either of those as an enormous amount of post work had already been done with the masks of vegetation. I didn't really need to "paint". But do you suggest if we want to later edit the trees we'll have to use multipainter and not multiscatter?
Thanks,
Fabrice
