license key

I bought vray scatter 2.55 fews days ago and send the id file but since i have no news at all.
I tried theses address mails below:
vrayscatter@icube.ru
mobilep800@mail.ru
support@icube3d.com

and nobody respond.

In May 2009, it was the same situation . for an another workstation I had purchase vrayscatter 2.04 et i never receive any license key !
